Enrich valets is a mobile service at your home or workplace. We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in for power. We will not carry out any work if the vehicle is on a busy main road or a small tight road. If you have any of those issues please let us know as there are always other solutions.
Bookings can only be secured with a deposit paid via bank transfer, deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amount will vary depending on the package and location. Remainder of the balance must be paid on the day of the booking.
Sometimes things happen which we cannot control. If for any reason enrich valets has to cancel or rearrange your booking, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not, a full refund of your deposit will be given.
If the interior is heavily soiled with mud, sand, mould, paint or anything that may effect the time it takes to complete. Additional charges will apply. Please let us know and provide a few photos prior to your booking if you have any of the above.
All clients will be asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions before every booking is carried out.
Our maintenance scheme has a 6 week window, anything over that is more than maintenance to us. If the 6 week window is surpassed your vehicle will need to receive our deep cleanse package to get it back up to maintenance standard.
If in between your bookings the vehicle has got excessively dirty for example sand, mud or a spillage... Please let us know so we can ensure we are not late for our next client on the day of your booking. Failure to let us know may result in additional charges.
